Autonomous Campus Shuttle

Overview

TiHAN IIT Hyderabad invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from industry partners, startups and research organizations for the transfer and commercialization of the Autonomous Campus Shuttle — a self-driving mobility platform developed and validated on TiHAN's autonomous navigation testbed.

The technology covers the core autonomy stack used to move people safely and reliably within a defined campus or closed-road environment, including perception of the surroundings, route and motion planning, and vehicle control.

Invitation for Expression of Interest

1. 01TiHAN invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from firms interested in the proliferation and commercialization of the proposed Products/Technologies, with proposals to be submitted in the prescribed format.
2. 02The EOI shall remain open until the specified closing date. Proposals will be opened on the next working day after receipt. Financial proposals received within the EOI period will be evaluated to determine the applicable one-time Technology Transfer (ToT) fee and royalty fees.
3. 03Participation in the EOI process does not guarantee any association or agreement with TiHAN. Any association shall be subject to the execution of a formal agreement between the concerned parties.
4. 04TiHAN reserves the right to accept or reject any offer or proposal, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason.
