TiHAN (Technology Innovation Hub on Autonomous Navigation), IIT Hyderabad, is established under the National Mission on Interdisciplinary Cyber-Physical Systems (NM-ICPS) by the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India.

Who can attend this workshop?
Students, research scholars, faculty, industry professionals, government officials, defence personnel, entrepreneurs, startups, and drone enthusiasts are all welcome to apply.
Is prior drone experience required?
No. The curriculum starts from UAV fundamentals on Day 1 and progresses to introduction to Drone & Applications concepts, so no prior experience is required.
How is the assessment conducted?
An online assessment is held at the end of the 5-day workshop. A minimum of 75% attendance and 50% assessment score are required for certification.
Is the certificate from TiHAN, IIT Hyderabad?
Yes. The Certificate is issued directly by TiHAN, IIT Hyderabad, to participants who meet the attendance and assessment criteria.
What is the Campus Immersion Program?
An optional, separately registered in-person program (₹1,000 + GST) featuring a facility tour, drone lab visits, live demonstrations, and hands-on experience, conducted batch-wise depending on TiHAN's operational schedule.
How are internship opportunities offered?
upto top 10% of participants by assessment performance may be considered for internship opportunities at TiHAN, subject to eligibility and project availability.
